About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join a leading Tier 1 civil construction company. You'll be working on major roading and infrastructure projects, operating rollers to deliver high-quality asphalt work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company, with potential of going permanent, they also have a stable pipeline of work coming up.

Duties

• Mix, spread, and level asphalt on roads, driveways, and other surfaces.
• Operate and maintain asphalt equipment (pavers, rollers, etc.).
• Roll and handle asphalt when needed
• Ensure quality control and safe work practices on job sites.
• Assist in the preparation and setup of work areas.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Skills & Experience

• Previous asphalt work is required, with the ability to know how to roll asphalt and asphalt hand works
• Valid NZ driver's license
• WTR or Class 2
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions all around Auckland
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
