Compass Group New Zealand is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our Education sector portfolio from the Central Production Kitchen in Penrose, Auckland.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and operational direction across multiple sites, ensuring outstanding service delivery, strong client relationships, commercial success, and a culture of continuous improvement.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Manager to join our Education sector team based at our Central Production Kitchen, Penrose, Auckland. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and operational direction across multiple sites, ensuring outstanding service delivery, strong client relationships, commercial success, and a culture of continuous improvement.

This permanent, full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and making a meaningful impact across a diverse portfolio.
