Job description

Jasmax has two positions available. A six-month, fixed-term contract to cover parental leave and a permanent position. With a presence in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Melbourne, and Sydney, project teams work collaboratively across all studios. Applications are welcome from any location.

The roles:

The contract opportunity is a specialist health position that involves managing and maintaining health content, kits of parts, and the dRofus database. The role also supports the production of drawn information, including detailing and documentation.

The permanent opportunity supports the production of drawn information and the delivery of best-practice technical design. The key focus areas will be detailing, documentation, construction administration, and providing technical expertise to projects through a hands-on, collaborative approach.

What you bring:

To be considered for the contract position, the successful candidate will have experience in architectural projects within the health sector. Experience developing and maintaining health content and kit of parts, plus expertise with dRofus database management. To complement this, experience in model management and producing documentation using Revit is also required.

The other role requires the successful candidate to be a qualified technician or architect with seven or more years of experience using Revit at a large scale. This experience will come from sectors such as commercial, education, civic and community, or health and science. Skills in modelling and model management are required. Additional skills in detailing, coordination, and site will be well valued.
