Job summary

Monadelphous in Auckland is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson highly proficient in Revit and BIM to join our busy, growing team. You will produce accurate drawings and models from concept through construction documentation, interpreting plans and specifications with precision.

This role offers variety across projects, a collaborative culture, independence when needed, and ongoing opportunities to develop your technical skills using modern BIM workflows and industry-standard

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Architectural Drafter/Technician.
• Strong Revit skills and BIM knowledge.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and specs.
• Knowledge of construction methods and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate drawings and 3D models from concept to construction documents.
• Create detailed documentation and ensure BIM workflows are followed.
• Interpret architectural plans and specifications for project teams.
• Collaborate with the team and work independently as needed.
• Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy.
