Overview
What you will be doing
  • Inspiring, leading, and developing a team of Learn to Swim Instructors
  • Creating engaging training and development opportunities for your team (and the wider aquatics crew!)
  • Ensuring high-quality, safe, and fun programming that supports every swimmer's journey
  • Playing a key role in shaping the direction of the aquatic centre through management planning
Who we're looking for
  • A proactive and motivated people leader (5+ years' leadership experience)
  • A positive role model who loves working with children and the community
  • A connector - able to build strong, supportive relationships with staff, swimmers, and whānau
  • Organised, adaptable, and confident with everyday tech tools (Microsoft Office)
