Novotel Auckland Airport is seeking an Apprentice Chef to join our busy kitchen, located steps from the Auckland International Terminal. You will learn to prepare and present quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events and room service while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.

As part of the Accor group, you’ll gain hands-on experience, training through Accor Academy, and opportunities to grow your culinary career in a supportive team environment on a rotating roster

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events, buffets, and room service.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Assist with food preparation and mise en place to support smooth service.
• Manage stock effectively and help minimise food waste.
• Keep kitchen equipment clean, safe, and service-ready.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
