Te kaupapa o te tūranga – About the role
Hours of work are:
- Tuesday 9am- 5:30pm
- Wednesday 6am- 2:30pm
- Thursday 9am- 5:30pm
- Friday 1pm- 9:30pm
- Saturday 9am- 5:30pm

Job Description
As our Sales Support Manager in this store, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide top-notch customer service and drive business success.
As a vital member of our store management crew your role will be crucial in keeping our operations at the front end of the store running smoothly from overseeing checkouts to ensuring loss prevention measures are in place. In short you are the glue that holds it all together.
Leading a fantastic team of dedicated professionals you'll inspire and motivate them to enjoy what they do and work collaboratively to continue to make a difference to the community and to deliver their best every day!
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a self-driven, confident leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high levels of performance through your team.
You'll also need to have a good understanding of cash and checkout procedures, as well as product services, and be able to interpret and execute plans effectively.
