  • Managing and leading their Infection Control Programme, ensuring alignment with current health standards and legislation
  • Working alongside a committed multi-disciplinary team to support transformational change
Who We’re Looking For

  • Current NZ Nursing Registration (RGON, RcpN, BN)
  • Membership with DANA (Drug and Alcohol Nurses Australasia) or commitment to obtain within 3 months
  • Experience working in AOD rehabilitation or related settings
  • Working knowledge of the 12 Step Programme
  • A strong understanding of cultural safety and the ability to work effectively with Māori, Pasifika and other communities
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to train)
  • Ability to speak Te Reo Māori or another language is a desirable
  • Coaching or mentoring experience
  • Health and safety advocacy experience

You’ll join a deeply committed team working in a values-driven, inclusive environment where every person is treated with dignity, care, and compassion. They are supportive of your professional development and offer the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

If you're ready to use your clinical skills to support healing and whānau wellbeing, we’d love to hear from you.
