Jobspace invites an experienced AOD Clinician to join our Papakura team on a permanent part-time basis (24 hours per week, Monday to Friday). The role supports adults 18+ in a community-based AOD service, delivering holistic, recovery-focused care in safe, familiar settings.
You will work in a dual Peer Support and Clinician model, partnering closely with peers to assess, plan and implement treatment while fostering culturally responsive practice and strong community connections.

Our client is one of Aotearoa’s leading for-purpose organisations, delivering services across mental health, addiction, disability, offender rehabilitation, wellbeing and housing. They are looking for anAOD Clinician to join their Papakura-based team in a permanent, part-time position working24 hours per week (48 hours per fortnight), Monday to Friday .
About the role
This is an opportunity to work within acommunity-based Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) service supporting adults aged 18 and over .
The service takes a flexible, community-focused approach, meeting people in places where they feel safe and comfortable – includingwhānau homes, local parks and community living environments .
You’ll work as part of adual Peer Support and Clinician model , partnering closely and equally with Peer Support Specialists. Together, you’ll provide holistic, culturally responsive assessment, treatment and outreach that recognises the individual, their strengths and their recovery goals.
