Job summary

Mint Innovation in New Zealand seeks an Analytics Intern to join the Research, Development and Laboratory Services team, characterising process samples using analytical techniques like spectroscopy and helping refine how we track mass balance and batch-level chemistry data across the business.

You'll be mentored by our Analytical Scientist and Lab Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to instrument operation and troubleshooting, turning raw lab data into actionable insights for the wider R&D team.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in analytical chemistry techniques and data quality drives process improvement.
• Comfort working with structured data (Excel or lab information systems) is essential.
• Motivation for sustainability and resource recovery.
