The Opportunity

• As an Analyst / Senior Analyst in Deal Advisory, you will deliver high-quality work on insolvency engagements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support managers on insolvency cases, including trading businesses, asset realization, financial investigation, and legal claims.
• Communicate with stakeholders such as directors, creditors, legal counsel, and financial institutions.
• Analyze accounts to assess financial health and suggest recovery solutions.
• Research relevant legislation to optimize recovery options.
• Produce clear reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with experienced insolvency specialists.
• Gain exposure to restructuring and financial due diligence projects.
• Develop technical and commercial skills across industries.

Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in audit, law, accounting, banking, or government sectors.
• Experience in insolvency, restructuring, or financial due diligence is a plus.
• Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of the New Zealand business environment.
• Professionalism, motivation, organization, and teamwork skills.
