You'll work with national datasets, explore emerging analytical approaches, and help shape the tools and frameworks that support high-quality analytics across Health New Zealand.As an Analyst, you will:* Extract, transform, analyse and interpret data from National Collections and other health data sources.* Develop models, forecasts and analysis to support planning, service design and investment decisions.* Translate complex findings into clear, meaningful insights for technical and non-technical audiences.* Produce high-quality reports, dashboards and analytical outputs using modern tools and technologies.* Support projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.* Participate in peer review processes to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency.* Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes.**About you**You are naturally curious, enjoy solving complex problems, and can connect data with real-world outcomes.
