Job summary

Advanced Personnel Limited is seeking a qualified EWRB Registered Electrician to join our team serving the Wellington region. This field-based role involves inspecting and fault finding electrical and power assets, travelling across the region to assess asset condition and report on network performance.

You will perform condition surveys, testing, identify faults, and record asset data using specialist software while maintaining the highest health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• NZ EWRB Practising Licence is required.
• Electrical trade qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with overhead lines, underground cabling, or distribution networks is highly regarded.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and a proactive attitude.
• NZ residency and full work rights are essential.

A leading utilities company where you will be responsible for inspecting and fault finding electrical and power assets across the Wellington region. We're looking for a qualified EWRB Registered Electrician to join a well-established and highly respected business supporting the Wellington electricity network. This is a highly varied field-based role where you'll travel throughout the region inspecting electrical and power assets, carrying out fault finding, assessing asset condition, and reporting on network performance.
