Auckland Airport is seeking a reliable frontline team member for the access control office reception. This fast-paced role requires trust, self-management, strong data entry and customer service, with the ability to work independently.

You will handle card applications, update records in the CEM system, respond to emails, liaise with AVSEC AIC Card offices and HR, and seek improvements to procedures while upholding high standards of confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years previous experience in an airport operational or security-based role.
• Accurate and fast data entry skills with attention to detail
• Excellent proven frontline customer service & multi-tasking skills
• Experience in holding courageous conversations and maintaining standards
• Demonstrate a high level of personal trust, confidentiality and accountability
• High standard of business writing and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge and demonstrated abilities of Office 365 applications
• Effective time management and ability to prioritise requests under a constant workload.

Aufgaben

• Provide front line customer service for our access control office reception
• Checking access card application forms are complete and correct
• Updating personal and company records in the CEM access control system.
• Updating any breach notice data into the CEM access control system.
• Responding to requests and communications via the Access Control email inbox
• Liaison with the AVSEC AIC Card office(s) & key stakeholder HR teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the access control system & procedures
