Seequent in Christchurch, NZ seeks an AI Systems Solutions Specialist to drive AI-powered transformation across commercial and operational teams. You will design, implement, and optimise AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions, including integrations with Salesforce.

The AI Systems Solutions Specialist plays a key role in supporting Seequent’s AI-powered transformation across commercial and operational teams. This role contributes to the design, implementation, and optimisation of AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency and support business outcomes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Partner with business stakeholders to understand process challenges and identify opportunities for AI-enabled solutions. Support the implementation of AI initiatives aligned with business priorities and technical roadmaps. Deliver AI and automation solutions, including integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce. Develop and maintain integrations between AI tools, data platforms, and enterprise systems. Collaborate with data teams to ensure reliable, high-quality data is available for AI applications. Apply AI and automation best practices to improve solution effectiveness and scalability. Contribute to the optimisation and continuous improvement of AI-powered workflows and processes. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption. Work cross-functionally with global teams to drive successful delivery and user engagement.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline. Approximately 3 years of experience in a hands‑on technology role such as developer, analyst, or integration specialist. Experience with, or a strong interest in, business process automation and workflow optimisation. Familiarity with AI and automation platforms such as Vertex AI, Agentforce, Workato, or similar technologies. Programming and scripting experience, ideally in Python. Knowledge of databases, SQL, APIs, and system integrations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams in a global environment.
Office-based working environment, work from our Christchurch, NewZealand office three or more days per week. You will collaborate with global teams across Seequent and Bentley, with flexibility required to support different time zones. The position involves strong cross‑functional engagement but has no direct reports.
