Job summary

Re-Leased is hiring an experienced enablement lead for its am:pm platform, driving day-to-day customer enablement, guiding APAC engagements, and shaping delivery methods with the GM.

You will work directly with property management teams to implement new AI-powered workflows, run onsite engagements across APAC, build trust quickly, and drive adoption through practical training and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in consulting, implementation, SaaS delivery, or business transformation.
• Proven track record running enterprise or mid-market engagements independently; strong presence in the room.
• Technically able to demo and troubleshoot live for customers; articulate product behavior.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, agents, or workflow automation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel essential; CRM/SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong communications and presentation skills; capable of guiding stakeholders through change.
• Willingness to travel regularly across APAC.

Your Role

am:pm is Re-Leased's new AI-powered platform for commercial property management - a greenfield product reshaping how property managers work. This is one of the first two hires into the delivery function, working directly with the GM of am:pm. The delivery processes aren't built yet - you step into live APAC customer engagements from day one, helping shape the methodology on the ground as you run it.

This role owns the day-to-day enablement experience for customers adopting am:pm. You work directly with property management teams to guide new workflows into place, replacing existing processes with AI-powered operations. You run onsite engagements solo across APAC from the outset - building trust fast and driving adoption through relationships as much as process, with enough technical grounding to handle product questions live. You'll work closely with the GM as the methodology takes shape, but the room is yours.

Your Responsibilities

• Project manage customer enablement end to end - workflows implemented, data ingested, teams live
• Work onsite with property managers to guide them through the transition
• Troubleshoot and resolve adoption challenges during implementation
• Deliver enablement projects on time and to a high standard
• Deliver engaging, practical training for property managers and operational teams
• Tailor content to each customer's specific goals and workflows
• Build and maintain high-quality documentation and playbooks to scale future engagements
• Gather customer feedback and feed insights back to Product, Customer Success, and the GM shaping the delivery model
• Build trust and enthusiasm for the platform through hands-on support
• Communicate change clearly and handle concerns with empathy and confidence
• Act as the primary champion for customer success throughout enablement
• Partner with customer champions and directors to establish an AI centre of excellence within each customer's business, alongside the GM
• Flag gaps and bring ground-level improvements back as the methodology takes shape - what you see in the room informs what gets built, including the partner model and services framework

Your Experience

• 5-8 years in consulting, implementation, SaaS delivery, or business transformation
• Proven track record running enterprise or mid-market engagements independently, holding a room solo; structured thinking and clear written output matter here alongside presence in the room
• Technically grounded with the ability to demo, troubleshoot live in front of a customer, and articulate how the product works at a customer-facing level
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, agents, or workflow automation, with an AI-forward mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel essential; CRM or SaaS platform experience a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills; can influence and guide stakeholders through significant change
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking; commercially aware
• Able to travel regularly across APAC
