• Recent experience shipping production software with AI tools.
• Writes precise prompts and iterates quickly when outputs miss.

Responsibilities

• Go AI-first. Use Claude, Cursor, and Pi AI agent as your primary mechanism for building features.
• Own the full stack. Translate product briefs into working software end-to-end, from initial design through to deployment.
• Master your prompts. Maintain a prompt log for significant features and outcomes.
• Verify like it's your name on it—write and stress-test AI-generated test suites for robust logic.
• Hunt the failures. Proactively identify hallucinations, gaps, and edge cases before production.
• Stay on the frontier. Attend pod rituals and bring advanced AI techniques back to boost the team.
