Job summary

Propellerhead Limited seeks a Technical Strategist to shape the technical direction of a portfolio of client products. You will blend architectural insight with hands‑on engineering in an AI‑native workflow, directing an AI‑assisted delivery pipeline and ensuring alignment with our strategic standards.

You will lead complex system designs, collaborate with Product Strategists, and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with multi‑tier and distributed applications.
• Strong proficiency with AI‑assisted delivery and rapid prototyping.
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Authoring, reviewing and communicating solution architecture in collaboration with development teams.
• Championing Propellerhead's technical strategy across client portfolios.
• Building trusted relationships with key client decision‑makers and explaining designs to client technologists.
• Serving as the go‑to technical expert for client solutions and facilitating requirements.
• Developing strategies to ensure speed‑to‑value, security, reliability and maintainability.
• Leading evolution of codebase from C# to Rust and AI‑assisted tooling.
