This role combines creative design with practical knowledge of multimedia software and AI-powered tools, requiring collaboration with marketing and tech teams and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

A relevant qualification in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communication or related discipline.
Experience in multimedia design, digital content creation, video production, or similar role.
Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
Experience with video editing, motion graphics, photography, and digital content production.
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or similar software.
Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly or other generative AI platforms valued.
Understanding of social media formats and digital marketing requirements.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and branding consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia content.
Create engaging content for websites, social media, digital advertising campaigns, and presentations.
Plan, shoot, edit, and produce promotional and corporate videos.
Develop visual concepts and campaigns aligned with branding and marketing strategy.
Produce social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Edit photography, video, audio, graphics, and animations.
Maintain consistent branding across materials.
Collaborate with management, marketing, technology and teams to translate ideas into visuals.
Assist with website graphics, UI visuals, and digital product demos.
Use AI-powered tools to improve content creation and workflows.
Stay updated with emerging multimedia technologies and trends.
Manage multimedia projects from concept to delivery.
Organise and maintain digital media assets.
