Job summary

Ravensdown is seeking an Agri Manager for our Mata Store in New Zealand. You will advise farmers on soil, pasture, crops, and animals, guiding sustainable practices and delivering tailored nutrient solutions.

The role focuses on on-farm engagement across dairy, sheep and beef operations, with emphasis on building trusted relationships. You will spend significant time in the field visiting customers, planning visits, and applying expert advice to meet sales targets while promoting environmentally

As an Agri Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to farmers, helping them get the best from their soil, pasture, crops, and animals while guiding them towards environmentally sustainable practices. You’ll play a vital role in reducing environmental impacts and unlocking value from the land through expert nutrient advice, innovative services, and top-quality products.

This is a role where everyday counts – you’ll spend most of your time on farm, building strong relationships, identifying needs, and delivering tailored solutions that make a real difference. Your patch will cover a diverse mix of dairy, sheep and beef and cropping customers across the region.

• Ideally, a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field.
