Overview

At HainesAttract, we help employers grow by attracting, retaining and engaging the right people. Whether you call it recruitment, talent attraction, employer branding – it’s our sweet spot, and we’re behind the scenes of some of the country’s key employers, telling their story across New Zealand and beyond.

What we’re looking for

As our next Project Manager, based at either our Wellington or Auckland office, you’ll have a strong background in project management and delivery, with the ability to drive and deliver projects and manage senior stakeholders, clients, internal and external teams. You’ll be coming in to continue on the momentum we have with key customers, ensuring they attract and engage exceptional talent.

You’re replacing Ella who is moving countries to continue her career. We’re sad to see her go, but proud of what she’s achieved in her time here. Her boots are big ones to fill, so let’s look at what you’ll need to bring to continue supporting and helping our customers win!

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering projects to ensure KPIs are met within budget and clients are delighted. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring smooth communications and that all parties deliver on their responsibilities. Additionally, you will ensure clear, accurate, error-free client communications and creative outputs that are on-brand and on-brief. Your technical proficiency in project management and CRM software (Hubspot), will be very useful, along with a strong financial acumen, enabling you to price and manage projects effectively, adhering to margins.

We work with the largest employers in the country; their requirements are dynamic. And we’re pretty good at winning new business too. Which means that things change, hopefully that’s an exciting prospect. You’ll bring existing experience in project management, be it in communications, recruitment or brand agencies, or in-house in a related field. Experience in the recruitment sector is ideal, but not a must.

What you’ll get

We know work is the place where you spend a chunk of time, and while we’re serious about our work, we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

We’re all about flexibility but also know the power of being together with teams and customers, so you can shape out a work-life that fits your real life. We’re believers in working hard, and recharging so there’s our fitness subsidy, and additional HainesAttract bonus leave of two weeks, on top of your existing four.

So, if you think work-life matters, and want to take a step that could see you truly make it with a company that’ll bring out your best, it’s time we talked.
