Summerset Waikanae Village in New Zealand is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily living and personal care. You will work as part of a team ensuring safety, health, and an enjoyable lifestyle for our residents, delivering meals, aiding with hygiene, and supporting daily activities.

The role requires empathy, patience, and strong communication. A 4-on/2-off roster, with 60–80 hours per fortnight, offers stability and the chance to contribute to a compassionate community

Qualifications

• Empathetic, kind and patient, able to care for residents.
• Thrives in a compassionate aged-care environment.
• Capable of building lasting relationships with residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Deliver meals and assist with mealtimes.
• Assist with hygiene and personal care as required.
• Support with individual care plans, including walks and exercises.
• Help with activities and social engagement.
