We’re looking for a trade-qualified, self-driven Sales Engineer to join the team and grow sales across the Compressor product range—including compressed air, industrial gases, and air treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess market potential and identify growth opportunities within your territory
  • Develop and manage customer relationships—both existing and new
  • Promote and sell service contracts, spare parts, and aftermarket solutions
  • Create accurate forecasts and maintain pipeline activity through CRM systems
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Collaborate closely with service teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and equity policies
Who We’re Looking For:
  • A trade qualification or technical/mechanical/electrical background
  • Proven experience in sales—business development or account management
  • Familiarity with compressed air systems and industrial gas products
  • A hands-on approach with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and stay ahead of market dynamics
