Who is hiring?
Fortitude Financial is the amalgamation of three independent financial advisory firms, now a team of five advisers they provide independent financial advice, retirement planning and investment advisory services to a range of clients and charities. They are a close knit team, operating from offices on the fringe of the CBD. Due to an upcoming retirement, they are looking for a new assistant to support the team.

The Role?
You will be the first point of contact for clients, working closely with the advisers to provide a high level of service to new and existing clients. The assistant will be involved in the onboarding of new clients, gathering of required information ensuring adherence to AML & CFT requirements, along with client reviews and ongoing client management. Being part of a small knit team will provide opportunities to be involved in all aspects of the business, supporting the wider team as necessary.

What you will need?
To succeed in this role you will need;
  • Previous experience in the finance/ accounting/ legal or banking sector
  • An understanding of investment services
  • Attention to detail and to be comfortable working in a highly regulated and compliance focused environment
  • An understanding of AML & CFT requirements
  • The ability to work autonomously along with excellent communication skills
  • Able to build long term client relationships
