Job summary

Cougar Scaffolding, based in Upper Hutt, Wellington, is seeking an Advanced and/or Intermediate ticketed scaffolder for immediate start. You will erect and dismantle scaffolding, provide work platforms on building and industrial sites, and for temporary structures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years' on-site experience as an Advanced or Intermediate Tube & Clip scaffolder, holds NZ Certificate of Competence (or overseas equivalent via SARNZ), and

Qualifications

Advanced and/or Intermediate ticketed scaffolder qualification required.
2–3 years' on-site experience as an Advanced or Intermediate Tube & Clip scaffolder.
New Zealand Certificate of Competence (or overseas equivalent validated by SARNZ) or ability to secure this.
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations in New Zealand.
Class 1 and/or Class 2 or above driving license preferred.
Physically fit.
Team player with good communication skills within team and with clients.
