About The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join our team, based in Tauranga. This is a permanent position with full time hours Monday to Friday.

Our Client Services team provides integral administrative support for Craigs Investment Partners (CIP) KiwiSaver service, Superannuation Schemes, and bespoke savings scheme (mySTART).

Responsibilities

The Client Services Administrator role is responsible for performing daily transfers of funds between schemes (internally and externally) and completing regular foreign exchange tasks in an accurate and compliant manner within required timeframes. The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Preparing documentation for KiwiSaver transfers
  • Monitoring, investigating, and escalating queries as required
  • Liaising with relevant external agencies (such as Kiwisaver providers) to resolve queries
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Providing backup and cover for other roles as required
About You

You will have experience in another administrative position (ideally within financial services), however training and development will be provided to support the successful candidate to perform the required tasks. Understanding of Financial Markets, Investment industry terms, or the Kiwisaver Act 2006 would be advantageous.

This role works to daily tasks so the ability to prioritise workload effectively is essential. You will have strong organisational, administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Excel, are essential. Given the client services focus of this role, excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
