Job description

About the role:
  1. Accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliations
  2. Lead and manage a small team of administrators
  3. Coordinate monthly meetings
  4. Oversee general office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
  5. Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files and H&S.
Experience Required:
  1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  2. Previous experience as an accounts all-rounder
  3. Computer savvy with the ability to pick up new systems and software
  4. A strong communicator and team player
  5. Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
  6. Outstanding organisational and planning skills
  7. Problem solver with strong sense of initiative
