Administration Assistant - Commercial Services Bring your administration, financial processing and data skills to a varied role supporting the day-to-day operation of our Hospitality service.
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Administration Assistant to provide reliable administrative support to the Hospitality Manager and wider Hospitality team.
This is a busy and varied role where you will play an important part in keeping administrative, financial, payroll, reporting and Meals on Wheels processes running smoothly. Your accuracy, organisation and ability to manage competing priorities will help ensure our team has the information and support they need to deliver a high-quality service.
As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim settlement this role has been mapped to National Band 4/Profile 4 Step 1 to 3 (final placement step is dependent on skills, knowledge and experience).
