Our Palmy based client is looking for an Marketing and Customer Insights Administrator to join their Global Campaigns and Customer Insights team, which falls under the Global Marketing umbrella.
This team is going through some exciting and significant changes to improve the overall customer experience journey globally, so this role is critical in providing them the administrative and EA support they need, to deliver the best results for their customers.
You’ll have previous experience in administration and/or EA support, so you’ll know what is needed to thrive in this role. You’ll be across meeting, calendar and email management, be involved in the creation of presentations, plans and marketing schedules, and compiling research and basic reports to keep everyone updated on insights across our different channels.
You will bring a positive energy to the role and the team, leaving them wondering how they ever managed without you. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll excel in drafting, proofreading, and editing communications, reports and other documents, always taking pride in delivering high quality work, every time.
