The Accounts & Property Support role plays a key part in providing dedicated financial and administrative support to property development projects for our mission units and investment portfolio.

About the role

This part-time role reports directly to the Finance Manager and is responsible for ensuring accurate financial tracking, reporting, and coordination of property-related projects and investment portfolio, contributing to the effective stewardship of our property and investment assets.

About you

We\'re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in financial administration, project accounting, or property finance support and investments monitoring and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prepare, interpret, and monitor budgets and financial reports
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
  • A proactive, self-motivated, solutions-focused approach
  • Commitment to providing high-quality support
