A recruitment agency is seeking two immediately available Accounts Payable Officers to support their clients in Wellington. These temporary roles involve processing invoices and payments, managing queries, and performing various related tasks. Ideal candidates will have prior Accounts Payable experience and can start immediately. Competitive hourly rate of $35 - $40 plus holiday pay offered.
We are looking for two immediately available Accounts Payable Officers to support two of our clients while they recruit roles permanently. These roles will initially be a 4-6 week temp assignments, however may be extended beyond. One role is based in Central Wellington and the other is based in Lower Hutt.
In these roles you will be supporting the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Tasks may vary by assignment and could include:
Role
You will have prior experience in an Accounts Payable Specialist role - ideally in a large organisation. You will have experience in one of the top tier FMIS systems and have a strong attention to detail. Beyond this, you will ideally possess some of the below:
