Part-Time Permanent Accounts Manager

Are you an organised and detail-oriented accounts professional looking for a permanent, part-time role? Join our team as an Accounts Manager, reporting to the Management Team, and be key to the smooth and efficient operation of all our accounts functions.

What you'll do
  • Manage all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable actions.
  • Ensure daily reconciliation of all accounts.
  • Handle Payroll actions and ensure timely completion of PAYE, GST, and RWT.
  • Manage Trust Account actions, including sending deposit instructions, receipts, confirmations, and communicating with lawyers for deposit release.
  • Prepare weekly accounts payable reports and monthly financial reports for the Management Team.
  • Assist salespeople by preparing their invoices and providing general support/information.
The Details
  • Hours: 25-30 hours per week.
  • Location: Based in the Epsom/Greenlane area with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Smartly payroll and Xero is an advantage.
  • Understanding of a real estate office environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to complete all accounts roles with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
