  • Raising purchase orders, matching invoices, and ensuring payments are processed accurately and in line with agreed terms
  • Reviewing and analysing accounts payable data to support informed decision-making
  • Monitoring compliance with financial systems, processes, and procedures, and following up where required
  • Championing procurement consistency and supporting adherence to procurement policies
  • Providing back-up administrative support to the Business Performance Manager and wider team as needed
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational finance processes
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation
  • Capturing and maintaining finance administration processes within Promapp
  • Supporting a positive, safe, and healthy work environment where people feel valued, trusted, and empowered
Why you'll enjoy this role

  • Opportunity to influence and improve financial processes across the group
  • Varied work that combines finance, administration, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment
  • Meaningful work that contributes to the successful delivery of development outcomes for our community
