Are you a multi-talented team player looking for a varied and rewarding role in a vibrant real estate office? We’re seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our friendly Rotorua-based team at United First National Real Estate.

About the Role:

This role involves more than just accounting – you’ll be central to a dynamic office, supporting our high-performing sales team and directors with a mix of financial, HR, and administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Accounts receivable and payable
  2. Processing salaries and sales commissions
  3. Occasional PA support to the Directors

What We’re Looking For:

We want someone who thrives on variety and has a proactive, can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Experienced with Xero – essential
  • Familiar with Vault CRM – a plus, but not required
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • A people person contributing positively to our team culture
  • A self-starter who can also take the lead when needed
