Are you an experienced Accounts professional with a flexible, can-do attitude and a knack for numbers? Our client is expanding their finance team and looking for two outstanding individuals – one to focus on Accounts Payable and the other on Accounts Receivable, to support their continued growth.

While the core responsibilities are defined, this is a collaborative environment where roles can cross over, so we're looking for adaptable team players, who use initiative and are open to learning. You'll be joining a positive, supportive, and down-to-earth team that values collaboration and celebrates shared success.

About the Roles
  • 1 x Accounts Payable Administrator
  • 1 x Accounts Receivable Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
Depending on your focus area (Payable or Receivable), your key duties will include:
  • Processing and managing accounts payable or receivable transactions
  • Reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts
  • Managing ledgers and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding items
  • Liaising with suppliers or customers to resolve any account queries
  • Assisting in month-end and financial reporting
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting the wider finance team as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an AP, AR, or similar accounts administration role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience in a multi-entity background
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident using accounting software (NetSuite Experience is a bonus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment where teamwork is key
  • A positive mindset with the flexibility to jump in and support others when needed
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
