Job summary

Evolution Healthcare in Wellington seeks a technically strong, commercially aware Accountant to support multiple business units across a multi-entity healthcare environment. Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in financial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of variances.
• Preparation of monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) with meaningful variance analysis.
• Delivery of three-way financial modelling and reporting alignment.
• Managing month-end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Supporting GST and PAYE processes and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
• Working closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
• Contributing to system improvements and process efficiencies.

About the Role
