The Opportunity

You'll Build And Nurture Relationships, Drive Sales Growth, And Be a Driving Force Behind Our Commitment To Quality And Customer Satisfaction. As Well As

  • Manage and nurture relationships with an existing portfolio of retail and wholesale customers
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow market share and achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas
  • Deliver exceptional product training and support to retail partners
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and insights to the Sales Manager

About You

The successful candidate will have proven experience in account management or sales, ideally within the retail, bedding, or furniture sector. As well as:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven with strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to analyse client data and market trends to drive strategic decisions
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable
  • Travel is required as part of this role. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel are essential
