Now, we're looking for a dynamic Account Director to join our team in New Zealand.

About the Role

Step into a crucial role where you will manage end-to-end campaigns, build strong client relationships, and drive organic growth. You will lead exciting projects across product sampling, event activations, in-store demonstrations, and more—all under Mars United’s suite of services. Working closely with junior staff and ANZ stakeholders, you'll deliver outstanding results, reporting directly to our General Manager of New Zealand.

What You'll Do

  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with clients to identify their goals and lead the creation of proposals. You'll oversee project plans, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholders to exceed KPIs.
  • Financial Management: Own the financials of your campaigns, ensuring profitability and meeting monthly financial targets.
  • New Business Development: Leverage your Mars client portfolio to drive new business. Lead the creation and delivery of compelling new business proposals to expand our reach.
