About The Opportunity

We’re seeking two reliable and proactive individuals for the role of Accommodation Site Managers. This is a hands-on, live-in position where you’ll help ensure our RSE (Recognised Seasonal Employer) accommodation remains a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents.

This unique opportunity is suited for two people seeking a shared employment arrangement—such as a couple, family members, or close friends comfortable living and working together onsite. A three-bedroom unit is provided, and both roles are full-time (40 hours per week per person).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional living environment
• Support the wellbeing and daily needs of RSE residents
• Coordinate basic property maintenance
• Monitor supplies and manage cleaning product orders
• Prepare accommodation before and after RSE team stays
• Coordinate airport pickups and drop-offs
• Ensure health, safety, and conduct standards are adhered to
• Support residents after hours with wellbeing and health needs, including attending medical appointments
• Keep simple records of attendance and onsite issues
