A recruitment agency in New Zealand seeks a Quality Management Expert to define and manage audits, evaluate customer-specific requirements, and drive improvements based on scorecards. The ideal candidate should have a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in the field, and training in auditing ISO standards.
Define scheme and manage internal audits and support external audits
Perform audits on suppliers, converters, warehouses, and logistics providers if needed
Facilitate the organization to act according to the processes described in the respective parts of the Quality Management System
Evaluate and manage customer-specific requirements, provide documentation if needed
Collect and evaluate customer scorecards. Drive and monitor improvement actions if required.
Provide reaction and improvement plans for selected customer scorecards
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering - preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering or equivalent) with min 5 years experience
Completed auditor training of applicable QM standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and IATF 16949)
Advanced knowledge of applicable QM standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and IATF 16949) and automotive core tools
