Gore District Council is seeking a practical and motivated 3 Waters Network Operator to join the Gore-based team on a fixed-term contract through June 2027. This role involves maintaining and operating the district's water, wastewater, and stormwater networks outdoors and on call.
You will repair infrastructure, respond to customer requests, support treatment facilities, monitor telemetry, and contribute to health and safety in a collaborative, supportive workplace.

We're looking for a practical, reliable, and motivated person to join our Three Waters team on a fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and being part of a team that delivers essential services to the Gore District.
As a 3 Waters Network Operator, you'll help maintain and operate the district's water, wastewater, and stormwater networks. Every day brings something different, from repairing infrastructure and responding to customer requests through to assisting with emergency callouts and supporting the operation of treatment facilities.
