Job summary

HITO in Matakana Village is seeking a fun, dedicated hairdressing apprentice (2nd/3rd year) to join our boutique salon team. You will get hands-on training in colouring, blow waving and finishing, with regular Wella sessions to boost your skills.

We value work/life balance, keeping late nights to a minimum, and offering every 2nd Saturday off. You’ll contribute to great customer service and a friendly, professional salon vibe while building your career.

Qualifications

• Looking for a 2nd/3rd year apprentice in hairdressing with interest in colouring.
• Confident in colouring and styling basics; training with Wella provided.
• Willing to work in a boutique salon and maintain a professional vibe.

Responsibilities

• Assist with colouring, blow drying and finishing services.
• Provide friendly customer service and maintain salon cleanliness.

Hairdressing Apprenticeship (Full Time) Full-time Matakana, Auckland North

We are after a fun dedicated 2/3rd year apprentice to join the team in our boutique salon in the Matakana Village complex.
We believe in work/life balance to keep our super late nights to a minimum and enjoy having every 2nd Saturday off.
We are after someone who is confident in most aspects of colouring (we do ongoing training with Wella on a regular basis) and is competent in Blow waving and finishing.
We aim to achieve great customer service and maintain a fun but professional salon vibe.
