Job description

We are a welding company based in Svalbard seeking a skilled Welder to join our team.

As a Welder you will be responsible for using various tools and techniques to join metal parts together for construction or repair projects.

Your main duties will include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Selecting appropriate welding methods
• Operating welding equipment
• Inspecting finished products for quality control

To be successful in this role you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Welder
• Possess a valid welding certification
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG and ARC
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

We offer on-the-job training opportunities for students who are interested in pursuing a career in welding.
