What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the development of cutting-edge web applications that serve as the backbone for our clients' digital strategies.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups into interactive and fully functional web interfaces.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable front-end components using Vue.js and Node.js, ensuring exceptional performance and user experience.
• Utilize your expertise in RESTful APIs and web architectures to build highly functional, secure, and efficient web services that seamlessly integrate with diverse back-end systems.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and testing, ensuring that every line of code adheres to industry best practices and meets our high production quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide technical insights and solutions that align with business goals, user needs, and industry trends.
• Implement robust security practices, ensuring all web applications are protected from vulnerabilities and comply with data protection standards.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies, and recommend best practices to continuously enhance the development process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers as needed.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in web development with a strong emphasis on front-end technologies.
• Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands‑on experience building high-quality, responsive web applications.
• Proficiency in Vue.js and Node.js, with in-depth knowledge of RESTful API design and web architectures.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented design, data structures, and algorithms, with a demonstrated ability to solve complex programming challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Experience with the design and development of distributed microservices, ensuring the scalability and reliability of web applications.
• Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues, and experience in devising solutions to mitigate them effectively.
• Familiarity with backend languages such as Python or Golang, allowing you to bridge front-end and back-end requirements seamlessly.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.
