We are looking for an AI DevSecOps Engineer!

About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced AI DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you’ll help integrate security best practices into AI and DevOps pipelines, manage cloud platforms, and ensure robust compliance. What You’ll Do

• Work closely with clients and teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
• Embed security best practices into the DevOps pipeline for secure software delivery.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to design and implement solutions.
• Automate security processes, including vulnerability scanning and incident response.
• Train and guide team members on security best practices.
• Monitor security metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest security trends and technologies.
• Lead investigations and responses to security incidents.

What We are Looking For

• Solid experience in DevSecOps or a similar role.
• Hands‑on knowledge of tools like GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and security scanning tools.
• Experience managing NVIDIA Stack infrastructure and familiarity with NVIDIA AI Enterprise products.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware) and their security features.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).

Bonus Points If You Have

• Development experience in any programming language.
• Public cloud experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Ideally 7‑10 years

IMPORTANT!

Norwegian citizenship with a minimum of 10 years of continuous residency in Norway is an absolute requirement for this role since security clearance will be mandatory.
