Job description

You’ll work in a skilled team installing Acrylicon (MMA) industrial floors. It’s a hands‑on, physical role with a fast pace (surfaces cure in ~2 hours). You’ll be trained in all steps: substrate prep, setting up mixing stations, safe handling/transport and storage of chemicals, mixing, and applying Acrylicon systems to specified height, colour, finish and type. Strict HSE compliance and effective teamwork with the Site Manager are essential.

Career path

Start as a helper; become an AC Layer within 1–2 years. With strong results and leadership potential, you may advance to Site Manager (subject to openings) after 3-4 years, and potentially Senior Site Manager over time.

Responsibilities

Prepare substrates; clean and organise work areas

Build and operate mixing stations; mix and apply Acrylicon products

Follow HSE procedures; wear and maintain PPE

Deliver quality, speed and reliability under time pressure

Contribute positively to team culture and support the Site Manager

Desired qualifications

Experience from construction sites and/or larger production projects

Class B driver’s licence

Forklift licence, work-at-height and hot work certificates are a plus

Knowledge of pulp/industrial flooring; MMA/Acrylicon experience is an advantage

English, spoken and written

Physically strong and fit for manual work

Base salary from NOK 470,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
In addition, technicians receive mileage compensation, overtime pay and allowances for travel and work outside normal hours. A typical total annual income is around NOK 750,000–850,000.
