Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage all warehouse activities on a designated shift. The role covers shipping, receiving, inventory control, repackaging, palletizing, and forklift operation.

The successful candidate will supervise material handlers, ensure safety and OSHA compliance, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer requirements. A high school diploma or GED and related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with warehouse operations including loading/unloading, packing, and inventory tasks preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely following work methods and OSHA standards.
• Load/unload, move, stack and stage product using a forklift/reach truck.
• Unload inbound shipments and transfer to storage locations.
• Pick and pack, light assembly and record storage with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records and participate in physical inventories.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and ensure accuracy.
