Overview

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Operator to join NOV WellSite Services in Stavanger. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient flow of goods to and from our warehouse, ensuring accurate handling, documentation, and inventory control. You will also support maintenance tasks, assist operations with sourcing and purchasing, and play a key role in maintaining critical stock levels. This position is central to supporting our offshore and onshore operations, contributing to safe, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions.

Wellsite Services is a department within NOV's Energy Products and Services segment, providing equipment and services including BRANDT solids control equipment, CRI equipment/services, iNOVaTHERM thermal treatment of drill cuttings, and more. Our operations team in Norway plays a crucial role in supporting the region's energy sector by contributing to efficient and safe operations while reducing the carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:



  • Expedite goods to and from the NOV WellSite Services warehouse.

  • Receive, check, pack, and ship goods in line with requirements for customers, vendors, and internal operations.

  • Assure delivery of all documentation related to transport (records, certificates, datasheets, etc.) and process according to routines.

  • Mark items in stock as required and ensure accurate logging for inventory control.

  • Conduct cycle counts, maintain critical stock levels, and participate in yearly inventory verification.

  • Load and unload materials for shipment using a forklift.

  • Assist in maintenance tasks when required.

  • Support sales/operations with sourcing pricing options and conduct purchases based on approved material requests.


Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:



  • Forklift license, preferably including T2.

  • Experience with logging transactions in an ERP system (JD Edwards or similar).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 package.

  • Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.


Desired Qualifications:
