Promenaden is seeking a Leasing Manager to help drive our leasing strategy across a portfolio that spans both retail and office spaces. The role focuses on delivering a premium experience for world‑class tenants while building strong relationships with new business prospects. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, shaping the continued growth of Norway’s leading luxury and lifestyle district. The role

As a Leasing Manager in Promenaden, you will report to the Head of Leasing and execute the leasing strategies across the Promenaden portfolio, specifically office leasing, specialty leasing including pop‑up activations, and the F&B strategy for the district. You will be a part of a small but highly effective team, with major exposure to owners and investors, the management team, and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Source, attract, and negotiate lease agreements to ensure occupancy and optimal mix in our portfolio.
  • Work strategically to implement the overall strategy and goals defined in the business plan.
  • Executing leasing strategies for both office and retail spaces, owning the F&B strategy, in alignment with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Create and present business cases, including all necessary inputs.
  • Managing and building relationships with current and prospective tenants, external brokers, and other key stakeholders in the industry, to foster collaboration and generate leasing opportunities.
  • Continuousily maintain and strengthen your network to identify new leads and opportunities.
  • Assist in the budgeting process related to leasing activities, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Working closely with the property management and marketing teams to enhance tenant experiences and optimize portfolio value.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record in commercial real estate leasing within retail and office sectors
  • Preferrably at least 3–4 years of industry experience.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to close deals and drive results.
  • The ability to engage with stakeholders, including external brokers, and develop fruitful relationships within the industry.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in both office leasing and retail leasing is a plus.
  • Relevant higher education, preferably with a masters degree. Experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for managing leasing data, evaluating deals with leasing validation forms, reporting, and creating presentations.
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language and english.
