Job summary

Ytri Island Retreat in the Træna archipelago on the Norwegian coast is seeking warm, professional waitresses to join a small, premium service team. The retreat offers 38 exclusive rooms, a Michelin-ambitious restaurant, sauna facilities and a private marina, with a strong emphasis on nature, authenticity and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant service, preferably in fine dining or high-standard hospitality.
• English required; Scandinavian language is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and present during busy service periods.

• Ensure correct presentation and service of food and wine
• Communicate dishes, wines, and the story of the retreat through natural storytelling

We are now seeking warm, professional and service-minded Waitres/Waitresses to join our team.

As a member of our service team, you will contribute to creating a calm and elegant atmosphere in the restaurant.
